THE RUPTURED PIPELINE UNDERGROUND HAS BEEN REPAIRED.
You should start seeing water in the next hour.
We appreciate your patience during this emergency situation.
What to expect:
We are currently flushing the water from one of our fire hydrants. We are trying to clear out as much sand and debri as possible before the water enters your home.
Even after flushing the water, there may still be bits of sand in your water from the massive rupture. Please boil water your water for 8-10 minutes before using it for cooking or drinking today.
Even when you start to see water, the pressure may still be low. It will take a few hours to build up the water pressure for the community, so please refrain from excessive water usage. If you can hold off on washing dishes or clothes, try to do so. Only use what is absolutely necessary for the next few hours.
